CCLM’s After School Program provides a space where neighborhood children can play, study, and socialize from 3:30 until 6:00 p.m. Children have help with homework, access to a computer lab, and receive a snack when they arrive and dinner before they leave.  All of the program services are offered free of charge and in both Spanish and English.  After School Program children participate in special holiday parties at many holidays, allowing them to receive more gifts for them and their families.

We are grateful for the support of San Bernardino Unified School District, the ELCA Foundation Lutheran Services for Children Endowment (LSCE), Southern California Edison (SCE), and the City of San Bernardino Community Development Block Grant funds for providing much needed funding for staff, programmatic support, supplies, and equipment.

The parties, toys, and gifts come thanks to congregational, civic, and individual donors who enjoy tangible ways of showing their love for these children.
